Two: Safe Document Collection
 |
|
Stationary collection consoles are consolidated into secure bins while our containers are switched for empty containers. We offer 95 and 64 gallon collection containers and office consoles. Each collection container deployed by SafeGuard incorporates the proprietary LockNations locking system. This security system enhances the overall collection and destruction process. Simply put, with this security system on each bin, your business records are kept safer and your costs will be reduced:
- Never have to worry about lost keys and the associated risks
- Never pay for lock change outs when keys are lost
- Control with absolute certainty who has access to collection bins
- Never pay for unnecessary service calls to open collection bins
- Eliminate risk that a lost key shows up with a competitor or disgruntled employee
- Know that every combination lock is unique in your system, unlike padlocks and consoles that are keyed the same

Five: Grinding Process
 |
|
SafeGuard Destruction Services operates a state-of-the-art destruction facility. At the heart of the facility is a VecoPlan Rotary Weight Grinder capable of processing a wide range of materials including confidential documents, electronic media, consumer products and more. The grinding technology yields smaller particle sizes than a typical shredder and destroys documents in such a manner that recreation is essentially impossible. To heighten security the plant’s system features enclosed, secure conveyors that directly feed a Marren Baler, which immediately compacts ground documents for recycling. |
